★ AUTOMATION — THE THROUGH-LINE

My instinct is to remove the human from the loop wherever the work is repetitive. I build pipelines that scrape data, detect changes, generate content and media, run it through approval, and publish — end to end.

Across my projects that means automated social-content generation with AI and video rendering, CI/CD that ships on every commit, AI extraction pipelines that turn PDFs and audio into structured data, and infrastructure that provisions and renews itself. If I'm doing it twice, it's a script.

★ AUTOMATION FLAGSHIP

CDS — Content Distribution System

▸ PROBLEM

A retail store had a declining social presence — consistent, professional content took dedicated staff time they didn't have, while competitors ran full content teams.

▸ SOLUTION

A standalone web app automating the full social lifecycle: scheduled product scraping, change detection (new arrivals, restocks, price drops, promos), AI + Remotion video/image generation, a zero-training staff approval queue, and auto-publishing to Instagram & Facebook.

{{ t }}
▸ RESULT

Automates ~80% of routine content creation, leaving staff only the local-flavour 20% — a consistent brand presence with near-zero ongoing effort.

// PHILOSOPHY

Good engineering is about building things that work reliably, are easy to understand, and don't require heroics to maintain.
