AUTOMATION FLAGSHIP
PROBLEM
A retail store had a declining social presence. Consistent, professional content took dedicated staff time they didn't have, while competitors ran full content teams.
SOLUTION
A standalone web app automating the full social lifecycle: scheduled product scraping, change detection for new arrivals, restocks, price drops and promos, AI and Remotion video generation, a zero-training staff approval queue, and auto-publishing to Instagram and Facebook.
RESULT
Automates around 80% of routine content creation, leaving staff only the local-flavour 20%. A consistent brand presence with near-zero ongoing effort.
3D · WEBGL
PROBLEM
Designing Assetto Corsa liveries meant wrestling with external editors and manual file conversion.
SOLUTION
Parses .kn5 car files in-browser, paints on the car in a live showroom with non-destructive layers, and exports game-ready skins. Runs in Chrome or as a native Tauri app.
RESULT
A shipped browser-based 3D tool. Paint liveries live and export game-ready skins, no install required. Built solo, end to end.
EDITORIAL · STATIC
PROBLEM
Long-running campaign records lived in scattered notes, with no durable, readable home a group could share.
SOLUTION
A publicly served static archive with a deliberate editorial voice: long-form session write-ups backed by structured party, loot and timeline data, on its own domain with a valid certificate.
RESULT
A durable, fast, public archive that reads like a book rather than a wiki dump.
AI · SAAS
PROBLEM
Game masters juggle session recordings, homebrew rules and campaign notes across scattered tools.
SOLUTION
AI audio and video transcription with speaker diarization, a homebrew library that imports PDFs and extracts items, creatures and spells, and centralised campaign tracking.
RESULT
A shipped AI and data-heavy SaaS. Recording, transcription, homebrew extraction and campaign tracking in one tool. Built solo, end to end.
SELF-HOSTED AI
PROBLEM
Wanted practical AI, including local models, a personal knowledge vault and image generation, without sending data to third-party clouds.
SOLUTION
A suite of self-hosted AI tools: a knowledge wiki with a live-syncing markdown vault, local model serving, and an image-generation workspace.
RESULT
A private, self-owned AI workflow for research, writing and image generation.
INFRASTRUCTURE
PROBLEM
Needed a reliable, secure, self-hosted platform for running personal services without relying on cloud subscriptions or third-party control.
SOLUTION
Designed and built a complete homelab running 19+ services across VMs and containers, with network segmentation, automated SSL, reverse proxy and centralised management.
RESULT
Production-grade home infrastructure that's secure, maintainable and fully documented.
